What year did you start CrossFitting?

2013

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I’ve been into fitness and sports all my life. I played Basketball and Track, Football at Collegiate level. I started lifting weights at 12 years old, I actually stumbled upon CrossFit with my friend Rick while prepping for a Tough Mudder, We were doing what we thought was CrossFit out of a very small home gym with homemade equipment.

Why did you become a trainer?

When I started CrossFit I didn’t have anyone to teach me, I basically learned on my own from watching YouTube videos. I wanted to get better understanding of the sport and pass my knowledge onto others.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Snatch and Clean & Jerk

What is your favorite cheat food?

Well it’s not really a cheat because its a consistent part of my diet but… Doughnuts and Pizza!

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

HULK… Because HULK SMASH!

What year did you start CrossFitting?

2014

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I got into CrossFit for the challenge from the typical global gym. CrossFit has become family which I could have never established in the global gym.

Why did you become a trainer?

I have always had the desire to help others… with anything, just enjoy lending a helping hand. I have always been into fitness so why not help others with theirs.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Cleans and Snatches

What is your favorite cheat food?

Drum sticks (ice cream)

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Captain America, His care for others

What year did you start CrossFitting?

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I got into CrossFit because i was out of the military and i was looking for something that would challenge me physically, mentally and spiritually and keep me in great shape.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because I want to see people achieve their personal goals like so many people have helped me achieve mine. I have been able to travel and hike mainly because of CrossFit, it has kept me in good shape and trains every aspect of your life. There is no better way to meet people and help them then through CrossFit. I’m excited to help people in any way i can and make some long lasting friendships.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

I love squat cleans 🙂

What is your favorite cheat food?

pizza, wedges, cookies

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Superman because he is truly a SUPER hero!

I love the Hulk! He can be so calm and gentle then HULK SMASH when it’s necessary!
