Step #1 – Try a Class for Free
We’d love to meet you, show you around our facility, and learn about you and your fitness goals. While you’re here, we’ll also give you a quick workout and give you a recommendation on the best way to help you meet your goals.
Step #2 – Foundations Classes
Our foundations classes consists of 2 weeks of 3 classes each week. During these classes we’ll teach you through the fundamental movements you’ll encounter during regular classes. You’ll be shown how to move properly, and how to scale workouts according to your own strength and skill level. And you’ll get introduced to how classes are generally ran in a slower-paced environment. And you’ll get to practice all these new movements each class with a short workout.
Because we want to invest in you and your fitness goals, your first week of foundations classes are FREE! The remaining week of classes are part of your membership.

Step #3 – Select a Membership
We currently have 3 different memberships for you to choose from. All of our memberships include unlimited classes each week.
